If you are needing a mobile visit, please be sure to select the mobile visit option as an add-on when you select your service type. The mobile visit fee is in ADDITION to the service fee.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE SCHEDULING THE CORRECT SERVICE. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR SCHEDULING THE WRONG SERVICE. 

Disclaimer: Please be aware that appointment fees are NONREFUNDABLE. In the event of a no-show or failure to attend the appointment at the scheduled time, a refund will not be provided. In such cases, it will be necessary to book and pay for a new appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to book another appointment. Please note that fees are NONREFUNDABLE in the event of a late arrival and subsequent rescheduling.

Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, you can reschedule your appointment for another date and time without any additional charge if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

If it's found that you do have to go to Identogo during or after the appointment, we will NOT issue a refund. Please make sure you do not need an Identogo service before booking.

We kindly request that you ensure that you arrive at your appointment adequately hydrated and with moisturized hands.

Mindful Notes:

• Please note that all services are strictly 100% nonrefundable.
• Please allocate sufficient travel time to ensure that you arrive on time.
• Prior to scheduling, please ensure to verify the specific service you require with the requesting agency.
• No-Show: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of your payment.
• We offer fingerprinting services equivalent to those provided by your local law enforcement agency.
• The pricing remains the same, regardless of whether you provide your own Ink Cards or not.
  

Valid ID Requirements:

• A valid photo identification issued by the US government, such as a US Government-issued photo ID or a foreign passport with valid immigration documents issued by the US Government, is required.
• We strictly adhere to the policy of not accepting expired documents without proof of extension under any circumstances (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Failure to provide proper identification upon arrival will result in the cancellation of your appointment without a refund. We kindly request your understanding as a service-based business, as we have implemented comprehensive measures to prioritize transparency and ensure a seamless, stress-free, and efficient experience for each client.
